Do You Offer Appraisals?
We provide expert jewelry appraisals performed in-person by a GIA-certified gemologist. Whether you’re buying, selling, or trading your treasured pieces, our professional appraisals deliver accurate, reliable valuations you can trust.
What Is Your Return Or Exchange Policy?
We do not offer traditional returns or refunds. However, we accept exchanges within 10 days of purchase with a valid receipt. To qualify, merchandise must be unworn and in its original condition, ensuring flexibility while maintaining the quality and integrity of our inventory.
What Is Your Layaway & Special Order Policy?
Special orders are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Deposits made for layaway are refundable only in the form of store credit. Please note, the store assumes no responsibility for merchandise after a 90-day period.
Do You Offer Insurance For Jewelry?
We do not offer jewelry insurance directly. We recommend our customers consider Jewelers Mutual, who provides a comprehensive policy covering everything from repairs to total loss and stolen pieces, ensuring your treasured items are fully protected.
